The Advising Office in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at ±¬ÁÏ¹Ï is dedicated to supporting students on their academic journey.   • All incoming freshmen will be assigned to a professional advisor upon admission to ±¬ÁϹÏ.Ìý
  • All transfer students are advised initially by Hayden Cunningham.
  • DepartmentalÌýadvisingÌýtakes place once students are in CHEM 211. Students are assigned to academic advisors based on alphabetical order of their last name.

Placement Tests

Students should complete the following placement tests before Monarch Orientation so that they can be placed in the appropriate Chemistry and Math classes in their first semester.
