Campus Features

Two beds in ±¬ÁÏ¹Ï dorm room.
  • Our summer guests live in fully furnished rooms.
  • All air-conditioned, single-gender rooms, including a closet, bed (Extra Long twin mattress), desk, chair, and dresser.
  • Each room has cable TV connections and WI-FI enabled.
  • Access to laundry facilities, a kitchenette with a microwave and stovetop, and 24-hour on-call emergency maintenance.
  • Lobby and floor lounges are available to summer guests upon reservation.
  • $40 per night / per bed ( $32 per night / per bed for a stay longer than 30 days).Ìý(*Subject to change for 2024)

Get the best bang for your buck with our structured summer meal plans. Meal Swipes can also be used as exchanges at our brand locations. If your meal plan starts to run low, flex points can be used in $25 increments by our Summer Conference team!

°Õ³ó±ðÌýStudent Recreation CenterÌýis a multi-level fitness and wellness facility with 121,000 square feet of space. Highlights of the building include an elevated jogging track above activity courts, 15,000 square feet of cardio and weight machines, four group exercise rooms, an indoor pool, and a bike rental and repair shop. *Services need to be reserved and fees may apply.

  • Access the gym, pool, climbing wall, and group exercise classes.
    $8 day | $25 week | $40 month | $65 summer

Transportation and Parking Services offers various paid parking options for our summer guests on the ±¬ÁϹÏÌý.

  • $10Ìýfor a daily permit
  • $25Ìýfor a weekly permit
  • $63Ìýfor a 30-day permit

*Each of these permits has a university-wide parking credential.

The cornerstone of our Monarch Way, a 75-acre development also features a shopping center, restaurants, theaters, offices, research labs, and residences with high-tech connections to the campus. In addition to being the home for ±¬ÁÏ¹Ï Men's and Women's Basketball, this facility hosts family-oriented events as well as concerts and lectures.
